My Mission
I’m here to hold space for real healing—the kind that’s deep, messy, transformative, sometimes even ridiculous. My work is to help you come home to yourself, not by fixing what is not broken, but by reconnecting you with the wholeness that’s already there.
Healing isn’t just about processing old wounds or untangling the past. It’s also about joy, play, letting yourself breathe. Sometimes, the most powerful breakthroughs happen in laughter, movement, and moments when you let go. It’s all fodder for the fire.
This work is about integration—bringing together the contradictions, the lessons, the complex truths, and the evolving self. It’s about calling a duck a duck. My role is to walk beside you, to reflect back what’s already within you, and to help create a space where healing can happen in its own way.

After establishing a space of warmth, trust, and non-judgment, I will challenge you to meet yourself with curiosity. Sessions are tailored to meet you where you are, being open to whatever arises.
