Individuals

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, work-related stress, or looking to embark on a path of personal growth, I work with individuals on a weekly or as-needed basis. I take an integrative, holistic approach, meeting you where you are at, and together we co-create your healing journey. All are welcome!

Couples

Couples therapy provides a supportive space to navigate challenges, improve communication, and strengthen your connection. Whether you’re struggling with conflict, trust issues, intimacy, or communication, therapy helps you understand each other on a deeper level and develop healthier ways of relating. I guide couples in breaking unhelpful patterns, fostering emotional and physical intimacy, and building a partnership based on mutual respect and understanding.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy designed to help people process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. It works by engaging the brain’s natural ability to heal through bilateral stimulation—usually guided eye movements, tapping, or sounds.

Details

  • I do not bill health insurance.

    I will provide a diagnosis and an out-of-network bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if requested.

    I am unable to provide a diagnosis and bill for couples work.

  • Individual therapy: $180 per session

    Couples therapy: $200 per session

    EMDR Intensive: $600 for a three hour session

    Couples Intensive: $600 for a three hour session

    If the fee is a barrier to us working together, please reach out. In some circumstances, I may offer a sliding scale or payment plan.

  • Yes.

  • The timeline for seeing “results” from therapy varies for each person, depending on factors like your goals, the challenges you’re working through, and how consistently you engage in the process. Some people experience insights or relief within a few sessions, while deeper, long-term changes may take months.

  • My office is located in South Burlington, Vermont. I also support folks via virtual appointments.
