My approach is holistic, honoring the connection between mind, body, and emotions. Using evidence-based therapies, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic awareness, we’ll work to uncover and heal the deeper roots of your struggles—not just manage symptoms.

Therapy is a safe refuge and a place of challenge. I hold space for your pain with compassion, witness you with care, and challenge your patterns. This work is about reconnecting with your authentic self and creating lasting, meaningful change. I offer in person and virtual sessions.

Beyond all my training and practices, I show up as a real person. This is a space where we can be raw, honest, and dive into the darkness—or light!—without judgment. I also know, without a doubt, that you have the strength to grow and change. I see and honor the depths of who you are—your struggles, your heart, and the parts of you that are ready to awaken.

  • Individual therapy is a weekly 50-minute session, either in person or virtual, where we explore emotions, patterns, and challenges, using tools and approaches like IFS, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. You’ll get optional homework to deepen growth and support both emotional and physical well-being. I hold space for healing while gently challenging you toward lasting self-trust and meaningful change.

    You have the option of adding on EMDR intensives that may enhance our one-on-one weekly or biweekly sessions.

  • The out-of-pocket fee for individual therapy is $180 a session. I do not accept insurance at this time, though I can provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance provider. Please see “Do You Take Insurance?”.

    If the fee is a barrier to us working together, please reach out and let me know. Depending on circumstances, I may offer a sliding scale or payment plan.

  • My office is located in South Burlington, Vermont. I also support folks via virtual sessions.
